• If you selected "pick up at store" as your shipping option, you will receive an email when your order is ready and available.
• My purchase is nonrefundable and nonreturnable after the product has been removed from its original packaging.
• Photo id is required at time of pickup. Please specify in the order's comments section if someone else is picking up the order.

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground for $15.00 the first item and $1.00 per additional item.  Some large items or technology purchases may require additional fees for handling and insurance. For rates and other information on expedited (Next Day and Second Day) shipments and international shipments, please contact the store.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
• For credit card orders, the shipping address must match the billing address.

*During busy periods (two weeks before and the first week of classes), orders may take an additional 2-3 business days to process and ship.

*Shipments to addresses within NY state normally take 1-2 business days to arrive. Shipments outside NY state may take up to 5 additional days.
